TOUCH
Somatic Bodywork
Therapeutic massage becomes an opportunity not only to receive, but to notice.
Each session is individually shaped through attentive touch, somatic awareness, and the body's responses in the moment. Jessica draws from a range of bodywork practices while allowing the quality, rhythm, and depth of the session to emerge through listening.
The intention is not simply to work on the body, but to work with it.

MOVEMENT
Somatic Movement
Movement can reveal what words cannot.
Through gentle movement, sensation, breath, imagery, and curiosity, individual somatic sessions invite you to experience your body from within.
Rather than learning how movement should look, you are invited to notice how movement feels—exploring habitual patterns, discovering choices, and cultivating a more nuanced awareness of yourself in motion.
No dance or movement experience is necessary.
Only curiosity.

INTEGRATION
The Adora Integration
Touch + Movement + Awareness
The signature Adora experience brings therapeutic bodywork and somatic movement into conversation within one session.
We may begin with movement, stillness, breath, sensation, or conversation before transitioning into hands-on bodywork. From there, movement may return—not as exercise, but as an opportunity to notice what has shifted.
There is no predetermined sequence.
The session unfolds through listening: to sensation, breath, movement, and the subtle information the body offers when given time and attention.
This is not about fixing the body. It is about developing a relationship with it.

2025
Jessica Batha is a dance artist, embodiment researcher, educator, and somatic practitioner whose work explores the ways people experience themselves through movement, sensation, touch, environment, and connection.
Her practice is informed by a curiosity about the relationships between the natural world, light, sound, space, and the human body—and how these elements can awaken awareness, presence, and a sense of interconnection.
Through somatic movement, therapeutic touch, and dance, Jessica creates experiences that invite people to slow down, listen inwardly, and develop a deeper relationship with their bodies.
Her work is grounded in curiosity rather than performance or perfection: an invitation to notice what is already present and discover new possibilities for how we move, feel, and inhabit ourselves.

The Body as Creative Space
Dance + Creative Work
Dance is where many of the questions at the heart of Adora began.
Jessica's choreographic and performance practice investigates the relationships between body, environment, light, sound, space, and collective experience.
Her work moves beyond traditional ideas of performance to create multi-sensory experiences in which audiences and participants may become active contributors to the work itself.
Alongside her individual somatic practice, Jessica continues to offer choreography, performance, dance education, movement experiences, workshops, and creative collaboration.
Dance is not separate from Adora.
It is another pathway into the body's capacity to sense, communicate, imagine, and connect.
